Ornella Savarese (“Ella“) writes, draws and self-publishes her story “Gimkhana” from 2013 to 2018, when it ends with an omnibus edition. It closes the path of self-publishing while she starts working as a professional: heavily caffeinated, she collaborates as artist with Aftershock, Boom! Studios, Éditions Soleil, Éditions Oxymore and Disney/Dark Horse, Disney/Ravensburger (“Lorcana” TCG) and more. She currently works for the French and American market between comic books and illustration; in the meantime, 10 years later, here she stumbles again on the one that started it all, working on a complete reboot of “Gimkhana” in her free time.

She constantly rewatches “The Office US” and her humor is forever compromised by it, enough to feel the deep need to include it in this bio.
